Our Story
Both chefs, Steven and Charlotte, draw their inspiration from plants, herbs, flowers, and fruits to craft Balicha’s signature flavours. Their complementary talents allow them to create fragrances that appeal equally to women and men, designed to be used in endlessly versatile ways.
Charlotte, a pastry chef by trade, is devoted to finding the precise flavour that harmonises effortlessly with other delicacies, while Steven seeks the perfect taste that will delight the greatest number.
兩位主廚 Steven 與 Charlotte 皆從植物、香草、花朵與水果中汲取靈感，創造出 Balicha 的獨特風味。他們的互補特質讓他們能調配出同時吸引女性與男性、並能以無限方式運用的香氣。
身為甜點師的 Charlotte，總是追尋能與其他美點完美契合的精準風味；而 Steven 則致力於打造能取悅多數人的恰到好處之味。
